I was very grateful to find Everest Florist because they could deliver on very short notice. Their selection of flowers and arrangements is also very nice. I do think it would be very helpful if they could be more specific on the product descriptions on the website. For example, I was expecting the flowers to be delivered in a vase, but they were not. Granted, the picture did not readily show any vase - but there was nowhere in the product description that there was no vase for this particular order, and it never occurred to me that flowers would not be delivered in a vase. If there is no vase included for a particular arrangement, It would help to specify that. Secondly, it would be helpful if there was a brief description of each order size: standard vs. deluxe vs. premium. One other minor thing: I had called at 5:40 p.m. Thursday night. The website says the store is open till 7 p.m. No one answered. I left a message to please have someone call me as I had questions before I placed my online order. No one ever did. Overall though it was a good experience, I got what I needed, and I would definitely order from them again. My sister said the flowers were beautiful and I really appreciated that they could deliver so quickly. Thank you!

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
